- **Color Selection:** As each item is handcrafted and made-to-order, returns will not be accepted if you are unsatisfied with your chosen colors. Please make color choices carefully when placing your order.

- Items that feature name personalization or other custom details are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. We recommend double-checking all spelling and customization details before finalizing your purchase.
