- **Damage Upon Arrival:** Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

- **Color Selection:** As each item is handcrafted and made-to-order, returns will not be accepted if you are unsatisfied with your chosen colors. Please make color choices carefully when placing your order.

**2. Personalized Items:**
- Items that feature name personalization or other custom details are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. We recommend double-checking all spelling and customization details before finalizing your purchase.

**3. Return Process:**
If your item qualifies for a return due to damage, please send me an Etsy message with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back or processing the replacement/refund.
